Are you already an SAP consultant, and would you like to train as a solution architect?

If so, you are welcome to contact us to discuss a position as a senior consultant with a built-in training guarantee.

If you join us as a senior consultant, and if you are prepared to learn what it takes to be able to handle the exciting but challenging job of a solution architect, we will prepare an individual training program for you.

Typically, this means that although you may be allocated to a project as a consultant, this allocation will take up a maximum of 75% of your time. In other words, you will spend one week per month on average on supplementary training.

In the training plan we prepare for you, we take into account precisely the areas that you need to reinforce or build up. For example, if you are an FI/CO consultant, we will prepare a plan to provide you with fundamental knowledge about logistics, with particular focus on integration. If you have a background as a logistics or BI consultant, your training program will be adapted to take this into account.

Training can be provided through SAP courses, but it will largely take the form of in-house training. This means that the very experienced solution architects we already employ will teach you what it means to be a solution architect, and pass on professional knowledge about integration, challenges and contexts – illustrated with examples, guidelines and good advice – based on the experience they have built up over the years. We call this our “Master Class” system.

Our first internal training program of Master Classes will start in March 2009.

When you are subsequently allocated to assignments as a solution architect, the same consultants will be on hand to act as mentors and advisors.
