SAP is a standard framework system. This means that there can be several ways to support the processes in the system. For this reason, companies may sometimes find it difficult to define whether the solution they have chosen is actually the right one and the best one for them.

Vision Management A/S performs quality reviews – in connection with the conclusion of the Business Blueprint phase, for example. We know that there can be several “right” solutions in SAP – but that each of these may feature different advantages and drawbacks. We make sure that the company’s decision to choose a specific solution is made with eyes wide open, i.e. that the company is fully familiar with the opportunities and/or limitations that the chosen solution presents.

Particularly in connection with the performance of quality reviews, we place great emphasis on ensuring that our customers understand that we always give top priority to professionalism. Our conclusion may actually be that the company is not sufficiently ready for change, or that the consultants have not offered the very best solution. But of course, we may also conclude that the proposed solution is the right one.
